Kisruh Proyek Tol di Indrapura, Wartawan Diancam Pakai Pistol oleh Oknum PT Waskita
Kontra.ID — salah seorang wartawan media online Garis62.com, Muhammad Murhrim (26), mengaku diancam dengan senjata api jenis pistol oleh oknum PT Waskita Karya, Joko Bagus Triyono selepas melakukan liputan terkait dampak buruk dari pembangunan proyek tol Indrapura – Kuala Tanjung, di desa Sipare-pare, kabupaten Batubara.
Murhim mengadukan Joko Bagus Triono ke Polres Batu Bara dengan STPL/126/ VII/2020/RES BATUBARA, pada Kamis (2/7/2020) kemarin.
Dikatakan Murhim, peristiwa pengancaman itu terjadi pada Rabu 1 Juli 2020 sekira pukul 14.00 WIB.
Sebelumnya Murhim mendapat informasi dari rekannya bernama Agus, untuk meliput warga yang keberatan dampak proyek tol di desa itu di kantor Desa Sipare-pare.
Saat itu sambung Murhim, Kades Isa memanggil pihak perusahaan Waskita Karya bernama Amran dan Poltak untuk berdialog bersama warga terkait persoalan dampak buruk proyek tol yang dilaksanakan PT Waskita Karya, hingga mengakibatkan puluhan rumah warga retak-retak dan jalan yang dilalui mereka sehari-hari rusak dan dipenuhi lumpur.
Selanjutnya Murhim duduk di warung Kono Kopi, lalu disusul rekannya Agus. Tak lama kemudian terlapor Joko Bagus Triyono datang, amarahnya meledak-ledak.
Tak lama kemudian Joko bersama dua rekannya yang bertubuh tegap, kekar duduk di dekat Murhim.
Saat itulah Joko meminjam pistol rekannya, lalu memainkan pistol dengan ala koboi (memutar- mutar pistol) di hadapan Murhim.
Joko lalu mengajak Agus dan Murhim ke belakang. “Apanya maksud kalian, periuk-ku kalian ganggu. Kalian berurusan dengan Polda,” kata terlapor, sebagaimana yang ditirukan oleh Murhim.
Melihat kondisi itu Muhrim ketakutan. Meski takut, Murhim kembali ke tempat duduknya.
“Kau juga ikut Him dan Agus . Orang Polda sudah nunggu di kantor WK. Ayo cepat kau. Nanti kau diangkat Kasatreskrim Batubara,” hardik Joko, seperti yang ditirukan murhim kepadanya.
Di tempat terpisah, dilansir dari medanmerdeka.com, Joko Bagus Triyono saat dihubungi membantah semua tuduhan Murhim.
“Saya merasa tidak pernah mengancam dan tidak pernah memegang pistol seperti yang dituduhkan,” tegas Joko.
Terkait tuduhan dan laporan Murhim, Joko mengatakan itu haknya. Namun jika tidak terbukti, Joko tak akan main main, ia akan mengadukan balik Muhammad Murhim ke pihak berwajib.
“Saat itu saya bahkan didampingi personel Pamprapid Poldasu,” pungkasnya.
